I have been in the real estate business since 1988, originally working with an investment firm locating investment/rehab properties for later resale. An opportunity arose through the resale of these properties to learn the mortgage loan business.
With this knowledge, I concentrated my efforts on Buyer's Agency, as an Agent Exclusively Representing Buyers. (I do not list homes for sale.)
I received my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) in 1997 (www.rebac.net). In December 1998, I was honored with the RE/MAX DFW Associates II, Realtor of the Year Award and was voted RE/MAX DFW Associates II Realtor of the Year again in 2005 and in 2008. I was elected into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2003. In 2008, 2009 and 2010 I was named one of the Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas by D Magazine, an honor bestowed on only about 1% of the real estate agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.
